Mennetou-sur-Cher hybrid ground-mounted PV power plant

An hybrid power plant located in the Centre of France, a few kilometres from Bourges, will spring up by the end of 2021. Our client, ZE Energy,has placed its trust in Entech to build this solar PV power plant with a 3.75 MW storage system.
The plant will produce 9.34 GWh per year, which is the equivalent of the consumption of 2,100 households.
The aim of this project is to store the excess energy produced by the photovoltaic system in order to reinject it at the right time to guarantee the stability of the national network. This plant will be the first of its kind in mainland France.
Entech guarantees the proper functioning of both systems together (photovoltaic and storage).
