Entech takes the protection and respect of the privacy of the users of our website seriously and takes the necessary measures to guarantee it. Why does Entech collect my data?

Entech uses your data for the following purposes:

  • To contact you by telephone
  • Managing subscriptions to receive corporate communications (press releases, financial news)

How long and how are personal data stored?

In accordance with regulations, your data will be kept:

  • For requests sent via the contact form: 370 days from the date of the request.
  • For subscription requests to receive institutional communications: until consent is withdrawn, which can be done at any time and without reason.
  • For job applications or unsolicited applications: for 2 years from the date of receipt of the application.

In order to guarantee the security of your personal data and the filing of documents during your browsing, Entech uses an https data encryption protocol. During this period, we also take all necessary steps to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data, so as to prevent damage, deletion or access by unauthorized third parties.

What are my rights regarding the use of my personal data?

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (LIL) and the new European Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), you have the right to access, oppose, rectify, delete, limit and port personal data transmitted via our website.

To exercise your rights :

1. You must send your request :

  • via the contact form

2. Your request must include your last name, first name, birthday (in the case of a homonym), proof of identity and the purpose of your request. Entech may carry out an additional check in the event of a homonym or doubt about your identity.

3. In accordance with Article 12 of the RGPD, Entech facilitates the exercise of the rights conferred on the data subject.

“The request will be processed as soon as possible and in any event within one month of receipt of the request.
The reply will be sent to you electronically (and you will acknowledge receipt by return e-mail) or, failing that, will be sent to you by post by recorded delivery.
If necessary, this deadline may be extended by two months, depending on the complexity and number of requests. The data controller shall inform the data subject of this extension and the reasons for the postponement within one month of receipt of the request.”

4. No payment is required to provide the information requested. Except where requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive (e.g. repetitive).

5. If Entech does not comply with the request made by the person concerned, it will inform you without delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of the request of the reasons for its inaction and of the possibility of lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority and of taking legal action.

If, after contacting Entech, you feel that your “data protection” rights have not been respected, you may submit a complaint to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) :
