At Entech, we are committed to maintaining high standards of corporate governance to ensure the effective, transparent, and responsible management of our organization. Our governance structure is based on two main pillars: the Management Committee and the Board of Directors.
Together, the Management Committee and the Board of Directors ensure sound governance, focused on sustainable growth and compliance with our social and environmental commitments.
The Company refers to the Middlenext Corporate Governance Code as published on September 13, 2021, since the admission of its shares to the Euronext Growth Paris market. This code is available on the Middlenext website.
The Company already complies with most of the recommendations of the Middlenext Code.
