Entech finalises a new project with Neoen
Entech announces the inauguration of a ground-mounted photovoltaic power plant for the independent electricity producer Neoen.
Inaugurated this month, the 5 MWp plant will generate almost 6 GWh per year. Built on a former airfield and comprising almost 10,000 photovoltaic modules, it has been contributing to the production of renewable energy on the electricity grid since the beginning of 2023.
Entech managed the entire project, from design to delivery of the plant to Neoen.
“Neoen is delighted to be inaugurating this new solar power plant alongside Entech. We are present throughout the life cycle of our projects and we always seek to surround ourselves with quality EPCs for the construction and long-term maintenance of our photovoltaic parks. As a major player in France’s renewable energy sector, we are proud to be working with French manufacturers and contributing to their dynamism,” says Guillaume Decaen, Neoen’s Development Director for France.
“Entech is delighted to have successfully completed this new project for Neoen, extending our references with France’s leading independent producer of exclusively renewable energy. This new and successful collaboration strengthens our partnership and encourages the study of other joint projects,” says Christopher Franquet, CEO and founder of Entech.
