Consolidated first-half revenue for 2026: €71.8 million

Revenue increased 2.6-fold, confirming the target of €130 million for the fiscal year

Consolidated revenue for the first half of 2026 totaled €71.8 million, compared to €27.4 million in the first half of 2025, representing a 2.6-fold increase in business on a strictly comparable basis (two 6-month periods, from January 1 to June 30). This growth reflects the conversion of the record order backlog built up in 2025 (more than €200 million in new orders) into revenue recognized on a percentage-of-completion basis, in line with the announced trajectory.

Consolidated revenue includes the share of revenue from the joint venture established with Eiffage Énergie Systèmes—€12.7 million for the half-year—as well as the elimination of €1.1 million in intra-group transactions.

Business for the half-year was heavily focused on grid-connected storage plants, which accounted for €34.3 million in consolidated revenue—representing 48% of the group’s total business—alongside ground-mounted solar power plants (€28.2 million, 39% of total business).

The shift in the business mix illustrates Entech Construction’s very strong momentum:

  • Entech Construction reported revenue of €63.3 million, up 224% (compared to €19.5 million as of June 30, 2025), accounting for 88% of the group’s business (compared to 71% as of June 30, 2025). This performance was driven by the simultaneous execution of several large-scale projects, both in energy storage (€34.3 million, including €12.7 million from the joint venture with Eiffage Énergie Systèmes) and in ground-mounted solar power plants (€28.2 million). The main contributors during the first half of the year were the energy storage projects carried out for Comax [1], the 90 MWh photovoltaic power plant coupled with a storage system built for Axian Energy in Senegal, as well as several ground-mounted power plants delivered during this first half of the year. The operations and maintenance (O&M) business also grew by 114%, to €0.8 million, reflecting the gradual build-up of a recurring base of long-term contracts.
  • Entech Solutions reported revenue of €8.3 million, up 6%, accounting for 12% of the group’s total revenue. Rooftop and shade structure solar power plants remain the core of the business (€7.5 million).
Entech Energy & Services reported revenue of €0.2 million after eliminating intra-group transactions (€0.1 million as of June 30, 2025). The entity’s revenue continues to come primarily from services provided to the grid by the group’s e-Factory facilities. The business is also continuing to structure its portfolio of self-owned assets, following the acquisition of the project portfolio in 2025 and the establishment of the partnership with Primeo Energie in November 2025 (more than 100 MW of battery storage projects by 2029).

Order Intake and Backlog: Entech Strengthens Its Leadership in Energy Storage

In the first half of 2026, the group recorded €45.8 million in order intake, notably including the signing of new battery storage contracts. The half-year was also marked by the launch of two international projects, both carried out as part of a consortium, which represent the largest energy storage projects ever undertaken by the Group and confirm Entech’s ability to handle very large-scale projects both domestically and internationally, particularly in energy storage.

The consolidated backlog as of June 30, 2026, stood at €116 million. This order backlog, combined with the revenue already generated during the half-year, secures the revenue target of €130 million set for fiscal year 2026.

Perspectives: Confirmation of the 2026 Goals and the 2029 Roadmap

With revenue of €71.8 million as of June 30, 2026—representing more than 55% of the annual target—and a solid order backlog, Entech confirms its 2026 revenue target of €130 million, coupled with an EBITDA margin of between 8% and 10% of revenue.

The group also confirms its strategic roadmap through 2029, targeting revenue exceeding €300 million with an EBITDA margin of 20 to 25%, including ownership of a portfolio of more than 350 MW of assets in operation or under construction.
