At Entech, we are committed to maintaining high standards of corporate governance to ensure efficient, transparent and accountable management of our organization. Our governance structure is based on two main pillars: the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
Together, the Management Committee and the Board of Directors ensure solid governance, focused on sustainable growth and respect for our social and environmental commitments.
The Company refers to the Middlenext Corporate Governance Code as published on September 13, 2021 since the listing of its shares on the Euronext Growth Paris market, this code being available in particular on the Middlenext website.
The Company already complies with most of the recommendations of the Middlenext Code.
